Nielsen Racing Confirm Two Car Norma Effort in 2019 Michelin Le Mans Cup

Nielsen Racing has confirmed details of a planned two-car effort in the 2019 Michelin Le mans Cup to add to their already confirmed two car ELMS effort in LMP3.

2018 race winner Colin Noble returns and is joined by his 2019 ELMS driving partner Tony Wells.

The second car sees 2007 British GT Champion, and reigning Radical European Masters Champion Alex Mortimer (below) joined by Mark Crader who has a recent background in Radicals, recording his first victory in 2016 before taking the title in two categories in 2018 alongside Alex.

Nielsen Racing Confirm Two Car ELMS LMP3 Campaign

As previously trailed by DSC, Nielsen Racing have now confirmed a two-car LMP3 entry into the European Le Mans Series.

The British-based team will field two LMP3 entries with Colin Noble and Tony Wells continuing their successful partnership, while James Littlejohn returns to the team and is joined by Nobuya Yamanaka in the sister entry.

Ecurie Ecosse / Nielsen Racing took its second consecutive Michelin Le Mans Cup victory earlier today, in a drama-filled season finale, which reached a crescendo in the final few laps.

The #79 Ligier JS P3 driven by Colin Noble and Alasdair McCaig took the chequered flag with a lead of less than a second over the #32 United Autosports Ligier JS P3 shared by Najaf Husain and Colin Braun after another head-turning performance from Noble in the second half of the race.

Wells & Noble Pair Up For Asian Le Mans Season With Ecurie Ecosse / Nielsen Racing

LMP3 team Ecurie Ecosse / Nielsen Racing has named the driver pairing for its second Ligier JS P3 which will take on the full 2018/19 Asian Le Mans Series season.

In the second car, the team’s championship-leading British LMP3 Cup pairing, Colin Noble and Tony Wells continue their partnership and take on the Asian Le Mans Series together.

Noble has impressed mightily all season with Ecurie Ecosse / Nielsen Racing, scoring race wins in both the LMP3 Cup Championship and the Michelin Le Mans Cup, as well as two podiums with the team in the European Le Mans Series.

Ecurie Ecosse/Nielsen Racing Scores Dramatic 1-2 As Titles Decided At Spa

Ecurie Ecosse / Nielsen Racing scored a breakthrough first Le Mans Cup win in 2018 in fine style and a 1-2 finish at Spa in heavy rain, after two hours of frantic racing.

Winning the race was the #79 Ligier JS P3 of Alasdair McCaig and Colin Noble, which was in the running throughout, in changable conditions, and took possession of the race lead in the final 10 minutes while Noble was chasing down the #24 Cool Racing Ligier.

Blancpain Endurance Cup Colin Noble Joins GT Sport MOTUL Team RJN For Barcelona Blancpain Finale

Colin Noble is set to make his Blancpain GT Series Endurance Cup debut for GT Sport MOTUL Team RJN at this year’s series finale at Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya.

20-year-old Noble will join Brit Struan Moore and Mexican racer Ricardo Sanchez aboard the #22 Silver Cup Nissan GT-R NISMO GT3 for the three-hour Spanish event.
